Privacy Policy

colorfit.me processes your uploaded photo, selected colors, order email, and generated reports to complete payment, generation, storage, and delivery of your personal image report. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not publicly display your photos or reports.

Information we collect

Account information: email, name, and session data returned by Google sign-in.
Order information: delivery email, selected colors, order status, Stripe session ID, and payment status.
Uploaded content: the portrait photo you provide and the AI-generated report images.
Technical information: request logs, error details, browser data, and basic access data for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

Create, verify, and deliver paid orders.
Call image generation services to create report boards for your order.
Send order access links, receipts, or required service notices.
Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the product experience.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are handled by Stripe. colorfit.me does not store full card numbers. Email delivery may be handled by Resend. Image generation uses the configured OpenAI-compatible image API. We share only the information needed to complete the order.

Photos and generated reports

Your photo is used only to generate the report for this order. Generated images are attached to the order and accessed through a signed token or a logged-in dashboard. Please do not upload photos you are not allowed to use.

Retention and deletion

Order records are retained for up to 24 months unless deletion is requested earlier. You may request deletion of account-related data by contacting support. After identity confirmation, we process deletable data within 30 days unless legal or payment compliance requires retention.

Security

We use signed access tokens, payment webhook verification, and Cloudflare runtime bindings to protect orders. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your order link private.
